9. 1998: Launch of Nasscom by Dewang Mehta, a chartered accountant by profession to promote IT industry.
10. 1999: Launch of India’s first Hindi portal www.webduniya.com
11. 2000: IT ACT 2000 passed by the Indian Parliament.
12. 2003: Air Deccan becomes first airlines to offer online ticketing in India.
13. 2008: MTNL launches 3G in India (Delhi).
14. 2009: India crosses the 500 million mobile subscriber base.
15. 2010: Epic – the first Indian web browser launched by Hidden Reflex.
